ÚLTIMA HORA: CATALUÑA ESTUDIA RETIRAR EL CARNET DE CONDUCIR POR ALCOHOL Y POR TOMAR PSICOFÁRMACOS
Cataluña se plantea retirar el carnet de conducir por alcohol y por tomar sedantes. Se les puede considerar "asesinos en potencia".
